Best friends Billie and Ferne didn't let the mud hold them back as they took part in Cancer Research UK's Race for Life Pretty Muddy event.
Mum-of-one BIllie could be seen limbering up in her gym gear with 24-year-old Ferne before doing the rounds in their local Essex park on a chilly morning.
Billie even proved how much of a good friend she was by helping Ferne do sit-ups and later helping her though the tricky net.
Billie and Ferne didn't have it easy though, as they had to climb ropes and hop through tyres. They really did get down and dirty!
By teaming up, Billie and Ferne are hoping to encourage women across the UK, regardless of their age, shape or fitness level to take part in Race For life.
Billie, 25, said: "We're so proud to be supporting Cancer Research UK's Race for Life and back such a fantastic cause. Come on ladies, get involved and sign yourself up at raceforlife.org"
Meanwhile, Ferne added: "Everyone who takes part in Race for Life is making a huge difference in helping to beat cancer sooner. Anyone can take part so why not get your friends and family involved this summer?"
Cancer Research UK is urging all women to stand together and join the pink army by signing up to take part in the Race for Life, in partnership with Tesco. Run, walk, charge, enter at raceforlife.org
