It's been an emotional start to the 14th run of the ITVBe show for Lydia, who has been faced with the return of ex-boyfriend James 'Arg' Argent and a fallout with her mother Debbie Douglas.
The two incidents were linked as Lydia felt Debbie was spending too much time with Arg, making it awkward for Lydia who was trying to move on from him.
In last night's episode, however, we saw Lydia and Debbie share a heart-to-heart and settle their differences, with Debbie insisting Lydia will always be her number one and the most important person.
After the show aired, Lydia took to Twitter to say: "Haven't watched TOWIE yet but reading your tweets. So happy that me and mum are talking again. Hardest thing in the world arguing with your mum.
"And I promise that's it guys. No more tears. It's been a hard series so far but I'm finally through the worst."
She jokingly added the hashtag 'Cry baby'.
Meanwhile, ex-boyfriend Arg is feeling great too. He's just back filming following a period of suspension where he entered rehab and cleaned up his behaviour.
Now he's back on the show looking happier and healthier than ever and making amends with all those he may have crossed in the past.
Last night, he thanked fans for their continued support and well wishes, saying he'd never experienced such love at any other stage in his TOWIE career.
"Never have I experienced in my #TOWIE days, Nothing but amazing @ tweets! Thank you so much it means everything, Goodnight and love always."
