The Essex siblings have rowed about everything from Charlie's relationship with his girlfriend Ferne McCann, to Chloe's closeness to their cousin Joey Essex.
They haven't spoken since late last year - and Charlie left Chloe sitting in a restaurant alone after she suggested they meet to talk in the latest episode of TOWIE - but she's hopeful they'll make up soon.
She said: "Charlie's my baby brother and I love him dearly. I don't like that we're not speaking. I love him no matter what."
Chloe, 33, and Ferne, 24, have a history of rowing on the ITVBe show and Chloe says the resulting fall out with Charlie started last year.
She said: "Before Christmas, Ferne did a story saying she doesn't ever think we'll be friends. When they asked, "Do you think it will be awkward spending time with Charlie's family?" she replied, "No, because we don't see Chloe much any more." And then she announced that me and Charlie don't speak any more."
She adds: "I wasn't happy to find out about it like that, because I thought me and Charlie were just having a breather. We haven't seen each other since and I've had my back up. It's a family matter and should have been kept private, so it really upset me."
Charlie says Chloe needs to apologise for suggesting their cousin Joey would make a better brother than him. She tried to tackle the issue in Sunday's episode, but explained to us she's been giving him his space.
She said: "Charlie is protective over his girlfriend and their relationship. The problem was always that he would come to me when he was upset with Ferne. There are only so many times I can support their relationship. The reason Ferne and me don't speak is because she got really personal in the end.
"I just want to give Charlie his space and when he's ready, I'm sure he'll come back. I'll always be there for him."
She says she's really proud of her cousin Joey, 25, for winning Channel 4 winter sports show, The Jump.
She said: "Joey's in Dubai at the moment having a well-deserved break. I can't believe he won! I knew he'd be good, but it's still a hard thing to learn and I know he had loads of accidents while he was training.
"I'm really proud of him and he seems really happy at the moment, so that's good."
