The hairdresser, keen rocker and biker had an on and off relationship with cast member Audrina Patridge on the show, but once the final scenes were aired, he took a step back from the limelight.
It has now been revealed that Bobby has been busy working on his music, he has also opened three hair salons and has launched his own range of funky products called Brush Your Hair.
More importantly, Justin Bobby got hot!
The once greasy-haired reality star is now neatly preened and dresses to perfection. Time has been good to this one!
In a new interview with Us Weekly, Justin has spoken about his time on The Hills and has admitted he is no longer in touch with Audrina.
He tells the American publication: "It wasn't for me. It was hard to get me to shoot after a while because it was repetition and there wasn't anything artistically happening and I wasn't growing.
"So I said, 'If you guys get some real writers in on this, I'd be all about it and we could build characters,' but it never went to that."
Most of The Hills cast have confirmed that they were advised to follow certain storylines for the show, however Justin's closeness with Audrina was genuine.
The couple were introduced while the pretty brunette was working at Quixote recording studios in Los Angeles and they hit it off straight away.
The musician is now based in New York and is in a punk alternative band called BobbyRock, with friend Dave Dariani.
Justin isn't the only former Hills star living in Manhattan, as Lo Bosworth is also based there after enrolling in culinary school.
Meanwhile, main star Lauren Conrad is still based in California, where she lives with her husband William Tell, as are Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt.
Audrina splits her time between Los Angeles and New York and now hosts late night travel show 1st Look.
