Rihanna teased two new singles last night from her highly-anticipated forthcoming album.

'Umbrella' singer Rihanna shows off her vocal ability in a stripped back song titled 'Higher', which fans listened to via Instagram.

Sharing her new music in the early hours of the morning, Rihanna told fans: "5 am drunk off da whiskey with these two rockstars @officialkukharrell @djanser!!!

"These guys always hold me down even at the craziest hours! We've made every album since #GoodGirlGoneBad together! The family!!! One Love #R8."

And, not stopping there, Rihanna has also debuted her new single 'American Oxygen' in a 30-second commercial for March Madness in the US.

Fans have already heard Rihanna's track, 'FourFiveSeconds' with Kanye West and Paul McCartney, so new music is a welcome addition.

She added last night: "Thank you for liking my s**t man! Can't wait to show you more."

Anyone else thinking Rihanna's album is going to drop sooner rather than later? We're sure her fans would be pleased with that!

There hasn't been much detail surrounding RiRi's new release, but we do know that Kanye West is the executive producer.

Two weeks, ago RiRi confirmed her second single will be 'Towards The Sun', which features on the soundtrack of her new movie, Home.
