On a sunny afternoon on the first day of March, the Radio 1 DJ defied the cold temperatures in a pretty summer dress and bare legs!
The floral frock with broderie anglaise design concealed Fearne's fledgling bump, but showed off her slim pins as she arrived at the 10th Tesco Mum of the Year Awards held at The Savoy, London.
She joined the likes of Michelle Heaton, Sarah Harding, Danielle Lloyd, Kimberley Walsh and Jake Quickenden who all attended the event aimed at celebrating incredible mums.
Esther Rantzen won Celebrity Tesco Mum of the Year for her charity work.
Before the event, Fearne shared her excitement with fans saying: "Can't wait to meet the amazing @Tesco #MumoftheYear winners @TheSavoy today. Read their incredible stories at http://tes.co/winners2015."
Fearne, 33, was named ambassador of the awards in August last year.
She announced she was pregnant just a few days ago.
Posting on her own website, she said: "Jesse and I are very happy to announce we are having another baby. I feel extremely blessed and happy that Rex will be a big brother, and we get to welcome another Wood into the world."
She also announced the momentous news that she's leaving Radio 1 after 10 years.
After messages of support flooded in from the social media community, Fearne returned to Twitter to say: "Very emotional and lovely reading all your messages! Thanks so much!"
Fearne and her husband Jesse Wood already have a son Rex, who is one.
