Lea starred alongside Cory for four years on the hit US musical show and she has made sure to honour his role as Finn Hudson as the popular programme is brought to a close.
In a new picture, which Lea uploaded to Twitter, the actress can be seen walking away from the set with a framed American football jersey in her arms.
The maroon coloured top belonged to Cory's character Finn and, writing alongside the poignant photo, she simply said: "One last thing." Lea also posted a red heart emoticon.
Canadian actor Cory passed away in a Vancouver hotel room aged 31 in July 2013. A coroner later ruled that he had died from an accidental overdose of heroin and alcohol.

After he passed away, Glee bosses decided to bring the show to an close at the end of the sixth series and the cast have now filmed their final scenes.
The night before Glee wrapped, Lea tweeted: "I can't believe tomorrow is our last day at Glee. It is going to be such an emotional day. But I'm so grateful though to have had this incredibly amazing experience.
"Thank you so much to all of our amazing Gleeks who supported us so much! I love you guys.
"We were so lucky to have had the most amazing crew who worked so hard everyday to make the show amazing. I'm so grateful for them..
"So thank you all again so much from the bottom of my heart. I will miss Rachel Berry so very much."
