Kate, who is expecting her second child with Prince William in April, was pictured showing off her blooming tum after heading to the venue for an official visit.
Earlier in the day, the Duchess of Cambridge had been spotted in a blue coat while at a pottery centre, but she was quick to whip it off after arriving at the Action For Children Children's Centre in Smethwick.
Underneath her jacket, Kate was wearing a blue floral Seraphine maternity dress which showed off her baby bump in all its glory and she wore her hair half-up and half-down.
After being given a guided tour of the centre, Kate was introduced to a gaggle of toddlers - and even received a high-five from one little girl!
It also appears she was presented with a special gift from another child. While taking a seat to chat to the children, Kate was pictured with a plastic beaded bracelet on her right wrist.
Very fetching indeed!
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are big supporters of children's charities and, earlier this week, Kate receorded a rare video message for Children's Mental Health Week.
Recorded at a school in London, Kate spoke about the need to speak up about mental health and understand that mental health issues can be as tough as physical health issues for children.
