The Saturdays star will join Ben Shepherd and Chris Kamara in co-hosting the new series which is already a smash hit in countries around the world including the US and Japan.
As you'd expect from the title, contestants are "pushed to their limits" as they compete in tests of strength, speed and courage to find the toughest of them all.
But.. it won't all be superhuman athletes. The show is open to people of all abilities which means, according to ITV, we'll be seeing incredible feats of human endurance and also "spectacular fails and crashes" by those less able to take on the challenges.
"Each part is laden with jaw-dropping challenges, heart-stopping excitement and adrenaline-fuelled action as the contestants attempt to complete three punishing and potentially hilarious stages," said the channel.
Ninja Warrior will start with 250 contestants and whittle them down to just a handful who will tackle the toughest challenge of them all: scaling a tower called Mount Midoriyama.
Asif Zubairy, ITV's Commissioning Editor for Entertainment said: "We are thrilled to be bringing Ninja Warrior to the UK. This exciting new format will showcase some inspirational achievements as well as hilarious mishaps on what promises to be the toughest course on TV."
Rochelle has been making quite the name for herself as a TV presenter. She's also been a panellist on BBC Three's Sweat The Small Stuff and co-hosted This Morning alongside husband Marvin Humes.
