Keira is set to welcome her first child with husband and Klaxon star James Righton, but as she gets used to her baby bump, the mum-to-be admitted she is missing not being able to have a cheeky tipple or two.
Currently in LA ahead of the Academy Awards on Sunday night, Keira told Ellen DeGeneres: "I'm up for an Oscar and I can't drink at the Oscars... I just want a Margarita!"
While Keira won't be reaching for a glass of champers during this weekend's Oscars, one person who will be is her other half.
Admitting James has been drinking for her, the Imitation Game star said: "My husband is having a great time. I'm eating for two and he's drinking for two. There's a lot of free champagne at these things, and I think he thinks because I'm not drinking the free champagne, he has to!"
Throughout this year's awards season, Keira has been spotted cuddling up to her beau on the red carpet.
Having not accompanied his wife to such awards before, Keira did admit she played the pregnancy card in the hope of roping James in to her support her - not that he minded, of course!
"I think [James] is loving it," she added. "He gets to wear lots of nice suits. He's enjoying that."
The couple may be set to become parents later this year, but Keira admitted she and James are still not quite prepared for their little one.
Explaining everyone has been asking her about her birthing plan, the 29-year-old joked: "What is the plan? Apart from to get it out?! I'm assuming my plan is to get it out, but apparently there is more to the plan that that. I don't know what that is."
Keira then told Ellen she still doesn't know the sex of her child, but is slightly concerned if her baby turns out to be a boy.
She said: "Somebody said to me the other day, the problem with boys is that when you're changing them - you can get wee in you face... I never knew that before, that sounds terrifying!"
Keira's appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show comes after she recently jetted into LA ahead of the Oscars.
Last month, it was revealed Keira has been nominated for the 'Best Supporting Actress' Academy Award alongside the likes of Emma Stone and Meryl Streep.
Speaking about her second Oscar nod, she said: "I'm so honoured and grateful for this nomination and to be in the company of such talented and inspiring actresses. Thank you to the Academy for this recognition."
Keira's Imitation Game co-star Benedict Cumberbatch has also been nominated, competing for 'Best Actor' against Eddie Redmayne and Bradley Cooper.
