TOWIE's Elliott and Chloe dated for five months last year before spitting in the autumn. The couple attempted to give their relationship another try, but broke up just after Christmas.
Earlier today (16 February), Elliott appeared on This Morning and told hosts Phillip Schofield and Christine Bleakley that there is a lot of pressure when dating in front of the cameras - something he'd hoped he and Chloe would avoid because of their ages.
"The TOWIE relationships are all played out on camera, so any slight crack is exposed," he explained. "There's lots more pressure.
"Chloe and I older and we thought our relationship was quite serious, but obviously it didn't work out for us."
However, hinting that all may not be lost, he added: "Chloe and I are quite volatile and right now we're not together. Well have to wait and see how it pans out."
Last week, while Elliott stayed in Essex with the guys, Chloe flew to Tenerife with the girls, and Bobby Norris, for some fun in the sun.
But according to Lydia, there were so many rows and tantrums that the gang ended up branding Tenerife "Tener-grief".
Despite being thousands of miles apart, Chloe and Elliott still appeared to rile each other by heading out for separate flirty evenings with the opposite sex. Oh dear!
Series 14 of TOWIE kicks off this Sunday at 10pm on ITVBe and you can watch the trailer here!
