Last week, Lydia and a group of her fellow female co-stars - along with Bobby Norris - headed to the Canary Islands to film an hour-long special for the new series of TOWIE.
However, if any of them were hoping for fun in the sun, it appears they were in for a shock!
Appearing on ITV1's This Morning today (16 February), Lydia admitted that sparks flew and there were plenty of "tears and tantrums".
She said: "We renamed it Tener-grief! There has never been so many arguments on one holiday. There was so much commotion, tears and tantrums."
Explaining why she thought this was, Lydia added: "I think it happens when girls get together.
"There's a lot of opinionated and big characters among the cast and it ended up getting catty. Tensions were definitely rising.
"I actually feel as though we've peaked, where is it going to go now? The first episode is going to be so explosive!"
Lydia appeared on This Morning with Bobby Norris, Elliott Wright and Georgia Kousoulou.
Warning fans, Bobby added: "The first show is an hour-long special and I think, for 59 of the 60 minutes, viewers will be glued to their screens with popcorn!"
Meanwhile, during their interview on the daytime show, Bobby also revealed that some holidaymakers complained about the willy warmer he wore around the hotel pool. Oops!
TOWIE returns this Sunday 22 February at 10pm on ITVBe. Watch the trailer here!
