Proving she is quite the expert when it comes to covering her blossoming bump, Keira - who is expecting her first child with husband James Righton - shielded any signs of her growing tum underneath a vintage-inspired white lace dress.
Stepping out at yet another awards ceremony, the mum-to-be looked beautiful as she posed on arrival to the event.
Cinched in at the waist, her dress featured an intricate black design across the chest, skimming her baby bump as it flowed outwards towards her ankles.
Keira teamed her frock with perfectly styled locks and a slick of pink lipstick on her lips.
Her appearance at the Writers Guild Awards comes as Keira prepares for the Oscars on Sunday evening (22 February).
On the night, Keira will go head-to-head with the likes of Emma Stone and Meryl Streep for 'Best Supporting Actress'.
Last month, it was revealed Keira had been nominated for her second Academy Award following her performance in The Imitation Game. In the movie, the 29-year-old stars alongside recently married Sherlock star Benedict Cumberbatch as a codebreaker.
Keira received her first Oscar nod when she was just 20 years old for her role in Disney's Pirates of the Caribbean.
Although, she did recently admit she has no recollection of her first time at the Academy Awards, let alone being told she was nominated for a gong!
Appearing on Jimmy Kimmel Live, she said: "I don't really remember it. At the time we were working night shoots. I was so exhausted. Even when I heard I had got the Oscar nomination! I was in a really deep sleep and the phone rang, I answered and was like 'yeah great' and went back to sleep. I woke up hours later like 'that was weird'."
Fingers crossed her memory serves her better this time round!
