The couple was pictured arriving at Rosso Restaurant on Saturday, 14 February hand-in-hand after exchanging gushing messages with each other via Twitter.
Coronation Street star Kym told her other half: "Happy Valentine's to the most amazing man in the world. You are everything to me and more. Love you always."
Dan responded with: "Happy Valentine's Day. You are the love of my life, my soul mate and my best friend. Love you baby."
The duo became engaged last year, with a source telling The Mirror: "Kym is the happiest and healthiest I've ever seen her and it's purely down to Dan. She can't wait to become his wife. Even though they haven't been together for very long, they both know it's completely right."
Meanwhile, in other Kym news, she's joined forces with the British Heart Foundation to encourage us to give up chocolate for the month of March. The initiative, called DECHOX, aims to raise money for research into heart disease, as well as awareness.
Kym's father had a cardiac arrest at the age of 40 and a heart attack at 67, while her son David, 19, had a heart infection last year.
"You never think something like heart disease is going to happen to you or someone you love. Dad having a heart attack was such a scary time for us, particularly that period of uncertainty of whether he would pull through and how it would affect him long-term," said Kym.
"When my son David got a heart infection, despite always having been fit and healthy, I was terrified he wasn't going to make it. He is only 19 years old but was in hospital on antibiotics for a week and he's still not allowed to play too much sport. I know the terrible effect that heart disease can have on a family."
