Georgia got engaged to childhood sweetheart John in 2013, however, since announcing her departure from Corrie, has reportedly decided to focus on a Stateside career.
Yesterday, Georgia appeared on ITV1's Lorraine to talk about leaving Coronation Street, but she did not mention her rumoured break-up.
However, a source told The Sun: "[Georgia] had her leaving do from Corrie last week. She was telling everyone they'd split up and she was looking forward to a future acting career in America."
Georgia's rep declined to comment when approached by Reveal.
In April last year, Georgia announced that she was leaving Coronation Street having played young mum Katy Armstrong for four years.
Confirming the news on Twitter at the time, she said: "Thank you for all your lovely messages regarding me leaving Coronation Street! Obviously it will be a very emotional time for me! But how exciting! I can't wait to get back out there and see what I can do!"
While chatting to Lorraine Kelly yesterday, Georgia added that she is looking forward to new challenges. She said: "I'm very excited. I'm a bit sad. Obviously I'm going to miss loads of people – the crew, production team, my cast mates and all that – but I'm ready.
"It's been nearly five years now so it's a long stint to do there and I'm excited."
Prior to starring in Corrie, Georgia had appeared in children's drama Grange Hill and This Is England.
