Holly, 22, has already dropped an impressive four dress sizes and three stone but, following the Christmas period, she decided to combat a few extra pounds.
The reality star spent five gruelling days at No 1 Boot Camp in Norfolk and, along with toning up, she shed a further 6lbs thanks to a healthy diet and exercise.
Holly was pictured doing sit-ups and tyre lifts and she was also put through her paces by boxer trainers. She has now posed in a Pursue Fitness black sports bra, matching leggings and Nike kicks to show off the results of her hard work!
Speaking to Reveal, Holly said: "I was thrilled to get in great shape last year but I did notice a little bit of flab was creeping back and I was keen to get super-toned.
"The trainers were fantastic and they really got my into shape. I toned up nicely, as you can see from the pictures, and my body looks a lot tighter.
"They also taught me so much about nutrition and I have learned of lots of healthy new ways to fuel my body."
Holly lost the majority of her weight last year by ditching greasy take-aways and cutting down on high-calorie boozy drinks. While at boot camp, she was also introduced to a new foodstuff - fish!
"From my previous experiences, you would think I was an expert on weight loss, but I learned so much working with the experts," Holly explained.
"I've enjoyed a low fat diet for a long time but they introduced me to lots of new foods. I had never really eaten fish before and didn't think I would like it, but I wolfed down the salmon they cooked for me."
Holly added: "I learned so many new exercises too - ones that I can do at home. I realised you don't need to go to the gym to stay in shape. You can stay at home with a mat."
