Deano, who is working as a holiday rep in the new series of the ITV2 reality show, tried his luck in front of Simon Cowell, Cheryl Fernandez-Versini, Mel B and Louis Walsh last year.
However, he did NOT impress the judges with his rendition of Olly Murs' 'Thinking Of Me'.
Simon told him: "I kind of get the impression you've done this because you want to be on TV. It's beginning to feel like an audition for The Only Way Is Essex. I'm beginning to feel a bit used here."
Louis added: "I think you should join the Chippendales. You can show off your body and stuff, there's no singing involved."
Despite his knock back, Xtra Factor host Sarah-Jane Crawford picked him as her wildcard for the arena auditions. But, again, Deano did not win over the judges when he sang Peter Andre's 'Mysterious Girl'.
During his audition, he flashed his bronzed body and even tried to serenade Cheryl. She was quick to flash him her wedding ring...before telling him he was singing in "the wrong key".
After wrapping up his performance, Cheryl told the audience that Deano had been picked for the arena auditions as The Xtra Factor's wildcard: "Just to make this clear, this was Sarah-Jane from ITV2's choice," she explained.
Louis then said they needed to "get some real singers on", before Cheryl added: "Nice try..." Ouch!
Ibiza Weekender kicked off on ITV2 on Sunday (8 February). One episode in and it already seems a much better match for Deano...
