Hugo, who quit MIC in 2012, knows Spencer better than anyone, and he tells Reveal that the couple are going from strength to strength.
"He's my best friend, I love him dearly and I've never seen him this happy," Hugo tells us. "For me as a friend, especially around Valentine's Day, that makes me very, very ecstatic for him and I think that she is a wonderful influence on him."
In fact, Hugo spends so much time with them that he enjoys being a "third wheel"!
He adds: "I like hanging out with both of them. I actually really enjoy being a third wheel with them - I'm a good third wheel, trust me! I don't join them on dinner dates but I don't mind watching a movie with them."
Occupational therapist Lauren made her debut during MIC's eighth series last year. Her entrance came after Spencer returned to Chelsea following a few weeks away, where he told Andy Jordan and Jamie Laing that his new girlfriend has already met his family.
Hugo already told us that he no longer watches the E4 reality show, but that doesn't mean he's out of the loop when it comes to the show's drama.
"I have the real life version because all the guys on the show are still my best friends, so I actually get to live and experience it without having to film it," he tells us. "I get to see what really happens behind the scenes!"
