So far, Louise and Joey have been skiing up a storm on the Channel 4 winter sports competition. And after making it through to another round of The Jump, the reality stars were back to the slopes this morning to fit in some last minute practice.
En route to the mountain, Louise and Joey proved there's no rivalry between Chelsea and Essex as they cuddled up for a quick selfie.
Alongside her photo, Louise wrote: "Tired smiles."
Aw. They do look pretty sleepy!
Ahead of their Jump debut earlier this week, Louise and Joey have spent the last month or so training out in Austria.
And after competing in different events every night since Sunday, it's unsurprising the pair are beginning to feel the strain.
Last night, Louise told fans she was happy to be in bed after a "tiring" and "gruelling" day on the slopes, and before heading out this morning, the brunette beauty made sure to treat her sore muscles.
She said: "Smothering my body in muscle soak this morning. The jump has destroyed me." We bet!
Louise's latest photos comes after she took on ex-rugby pro Mike Tindall in last night's Slalom race.
Despite being half the size of the sportsman, Louise made sure to give him a good run on the slopes, only losing out by 0.3 of a second. While Mike finished in a time of 16.9, Louise closely followed at 16.93.
Following her race, her brother and MIC co-star Sam Thompson tweeted: "Gave him such a good race, seeing she is way less than half the weight @LouiseAThompson easily the best skier out there."

Letting his sister know he and the rest of the family were supporting her, Sam then said: "Whole Thompson family is so proud of you @LouiseAThompson... Never seen dad stay up so long!"
As she lost out to Mike, Louise had to face the jump with four other celebs. Luckily for her though, Stacey Solomon jumped the shortest distance and was eliminated.
We bet Stevie Johnson was pleased his pal made it through to the next round!
Yesterday, the Chelsea boy told Louise he was thoroughly enjoying watching her on The Jump - although, maybe for the wrong reasons!
He said: "You have @alikalfus and me in hysterics every night. Keep it up - and good luck!!"
