Joey is among a host of famous faces appearing in this year's series of the winter sports reality show - but she is fearful about how dangerous it look.
Speaking about the Channel 4 series today (4 February), Frankie said she's surprised "no one has been killed" while either competing or training for the show.
Frankie said in her Forza blog: "On Sunday's show Joey had to go down the Innsbruck's Olympic bobsleigh run on what they call a skeleton – nothing much more than a metal tray we used to go sledging on when we were kids.
"The difference here is these skeletons can reach speeds of almost 70 miles an hour! Joey was incredibly brave and thankfully won his skeleton heat."
She added: "I know Channel 4 have a fantastic team of safety experts coaching everyone but it is a miracle no one has been killed!"
Joey has been in Austria training for The Jump since December and, although tough, it's clear he is loving every minute of his latest venture.
During his time in the snowy mountains, Joey did take a tumble, however he was back on his feet and into his skis in no time.
Earlier today, the former TOWIE and I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! star was pictured taking some time out and chowing down on a massive stack of pizzas. Well, he no doubt needs the carbs for the energy!
Sharing the snap of himself on Instagram, Joey - who was still wearing his Jump gear - told his followers: "Who wants some pizza? #PizzaBoy."
Meanwhile, yesterday it was confirmed that Joey will be taking on the catwalk in the latest instalment of his TV show, Educating Joey Essex.
In the one-off programme, called Educating Joey Essex: Supermodel Student, the reality star will be given a crash course in international couture. The programme airs on ITV2 on Tuesday 10 February at 9pm.
