According to reports, the Olympic champion is in talks with respected news anchor Diane Sawyer for the first sit-down interview about rumours he is transitioning into a woman.
Bruce has never spoken about the speculation before, either to confirm or deny it.
If this interview does happen, it will also be the first time we've heard from Bruce, 65, since his divorce from Kris Jenner, 59, and no doubt he will have plenty to say about his famous family and life in the spotlight.
People magazine claims the interview will be filmed and aired before Bruce's new reality show airs on E! later this year.
Rumours have been intensified over recent months that Bruce is transitioning into a woman. One magazine in the US even ran an image of Bruce on its front cover with make-up Photoshopped onto his face.
The only member of the Kardashian-Jenner clan to address the speculation has been Kim Kardashian, but even then she refused to confirm or deny, simply saying it was Bruce's story to tell.
She told Entertainment Tonight: "We support Bruce no matter what, 100 per cent. On this one, I will say I think Bruce should tell his story his way. I think everyone goes through things in life, and I think that story and what Bruce is going through, I think he'll share whenever the time is right. I feel like that's his journey to talk about."
It's been claimed that Bruce is now filming his own E! show which will document his transition. Rather than being a Kardashian-style show, sources have said it is more of a docuseries that will focus on his journey.
