On Tuesday, after his surprise comeback, Perez was seen chasing Apprentice star Katie around the house before attempting to kiss and lick her face.
It has also been reported that Perez made an explicit demand towards Katie in scenes that were axed by show bosses.
The controversial US blogger apparently said: "Lick it good, suck this d***, just like you should." When contacted by Reveal, CBB declined to comment.
Hertfordshire Police have now confirmed they will make enquiries if Katie was to make an official complaint about Perez's behaviour.
A spokesman for the force told the Daily Star: "We have not received any complaints about Perez Hilton's behaviour. Of course, if Katie Hopkins were to make a complaint, we would make enquiries."
Earlier this month, Celebrity Big Brother contestant Jeremy Jackson accepted a police caution for common assault following an incident in the house. While drunk in the bathroom, he opened Chloe Goodman's robe and exposed her breast.
The incident left Chloe in tears and Jeremy was thrown out of the house. After visiting the police station, Jeremy made a public apology on This Morning before flying home to the US.
Last night, Perez was issued with an official warning by CBB bosses following the incident with Katie.
Despite shrugging his shoulders and insisting he "doesn't care", Perez was told that his behaviour was deemed unacceptable.
Big Brother has also questioned Katie about the incident, but she laughed it off, saying: "It's absolutely fine. I have no problem with Perez."
Katie added: "He's a mere child. He has the mental capacity of a small junior."
Tonight, Perez faces eviction alongside Katie, Keith Chegwin and Nadia Sawalha.
