The newspaper columnist has concluded the only reason for Cheggers' surprise nomination is the fact housemates can't nominate the controversial Perez, as the public have already decided to make him face eviction each week.
In a conversation with Keith today, Katie said: "If we had all had the opportunity to vote for Perez your name wouldn't have featured, I suspect. His gift of nomination for life sort of created a scenario…"
Because housemates cannot discuss nominations, she did not say another further.
Katie went on to say she didn't buy Keith's insistence that he's fine with being nominated, pointing out if she'd been nice to everyone in the house and been nominated five times she would be upset.
Keith, however, insisted he was okay, saying the housemates' reasons for nominating were justified as he had isolated himself at times. He also said he'd got everything out of the Big Brother experience that he wanted.
"I treated this as a challenge. It's lived up to every expectation. Seriously. The tougher it got, the more Big Brother it was for me. The simpler times were sort of too easy. I kept myself busy by doing stuff. That was my escapism. I've sort of achieved what I wanted to really: to be part of Big Brother. And now I've been part of it I'm fine to go home at any time."
The star also pointed out that everyone has different reasons for being in the house, his was simply to be part of Big Brother as he'd been such a fan.
"I wanted to on Big Brother and see what it's like and experience it and I have so if I stay or go, it doesn't really matter."
Keith faces eviction against Katie Hopkins, Perez Hilton and Nadia Sawalha on Friday night.
On Tuesday night, the public were allowed to vote on whether they wanted Perez to get a free pass to the finale or face nomination each week: they chose the latter!
