The model and reality star had been up against Alicia Douvall, Nadia Sawalha and Perez Hilton on Friday night and, in the end, it was model Alicia who left the house.
Calum later told Kavana that he was pleased to be safe, particularly as it meant he must be doing something right in the house and the public understood where he is coming from.
"You know what it does. This one's from the heart. I'm not talking down about others but it's a situation where you say, 'I've been myself. I've tried to be as genuine as possible. Other people have been a bit strange. I hope I'm not imagining other people be weird...'" he explained. "Then you think, [the public] get me. They're on my side. They know where I'm coming from.
"Some people say who gives a s**t what people think but acceptance is a beautiful thing."
Kavana was clearly thrilled to see Calum staying as well, giving him a big hug.
"Let's see this thing out as far as we can go," said Calum.
Calum had been nominated for eviction by housemate Katie Price in a Big Brother twist last week. Katie had been told to save one already-nominated housemate from eviction and nominate someone in their place.
KP chose to save Katie Hopkins and nominate Calum instead, telling Calum it was only because she didn't think he had any chance of going given his popularity outside the house.
Looks like the gamble paid off!
