The model was given the boot ahead of other nominated housemates Perez Hilton, Calum Best and Nadia Sawalha.
Nadia and Calum received the most votes to keep them in the house and so they were first to be saved.
Perez narrowly avoided eviction, with presenter Emma Willis announcing that there had only been 1% difference in votes between the bottom three at the start of the show.
Alicia managed to keep calm when she heard the news, getting up to hug her housemates goodbye. She then emerged from the house to wave to the crowds, being met with a mixture of boos and cheers.
During her interview with Emma, Alicia was shocked to hear the news that she had been nominated for eviction by her friend Michelle Visage.
When shown the footage of Michelle making her nomination, Alicia said: "I'm a little bit surprised at Michelle, she always said she says things to your face but that was behind my back."
She went on to tell Emma how she felt about others in the house, saying she'd had problems with Calum "from day one" and that Katie Hopkins had "said things that were disgusting in my view".
However she added that she and Katie Hopkins "kind of got on in the end" and said that she has finally made peace with old rival Katie Price, saying: "We had a genuine friendship and put the past behind us".
It sounds like the CBB house is the perfect place for warring celebs to patch up their differences!
