Sam Faiers made sure all eyes were on her at the National Television Awards last night after flashing some serious side boob on the red carpet.

However, after looking back at the photos of herself, Sam has admitted that she didn't realise quite how revealing her dress actually was... oops!

Taking to Instagram, Sam laughed it off, saying: "Some serious side boob tonight, didn't look as much in the mirror .. Haha oh well a bit of boob didn't hurt anyone!"

Former TOWIE star Sam had picked up her bright orange frock from AQ/AQ, and it featured a cross-over, plunging neckline and statement gold belt at the waist.

Sam, 24, teamed it with a coordinating orange lipstick, peachy eyes and cheeks and styled her blonde hair into a sleek, low ponytail. Sam topped off her red carpet look with gold hooped earrings, which matched her belt perfectly.

It's been a busy time for Sam recently, as she has just launched her latest business project - Celebrity Training With Samantha.

The website offers users fitness and nutrition advice, with a focus on strength, health and wellbeing.

Speaking to Reveal earlier this month, Sam said last year's diagnosis of Crohn's Disease spurred her on to get healthy.

"I went down to six stone," Sam revealed, when speaking about her illness. "So when I started to feel better again and regained my strength, I started introducing a little bit of exercise. I had to change my diet too, not dramatically but I couldn't eat certain foods.

"Ever since then I've wanted to build up my body to be healthy and toned, but also keep my curves because I didn't like being so tiny."
