The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star flew to London especially to present a prize at the annual ceremony last night.
And, once her duties were done, she left the O2 Arena and returned to central London for a dinner date at the exclusive Arts Club in Piccadilly.
Kris, 59, was joined by hair and beauty experts Rob Scheppy and Joyce Bonelli, who were responsible for making up her glamorous red carpet look.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star was no doubt the biggest name of the night – and she took an E! cameraman on stage with her at the NTAs so she oculd film scenes for her reality show.
As host Dermot O'Leary said, smile everyone, you're going to be on US TV!
Kris had a good old flirt with Dermot while on stage, giving him her condolences that he didn't win 'Entertainment Presenter' and saying she didn't realise how handsome the British TV hosts are…
But perhaps she's was so busy flirting she got a bit distracted? Plenty of viewers were quick to ask if she'd accidentally announced GEORGIE Shore as a nominee rather than Geordie Shore.
There was also a bizarrely long pause between her announcing the first two nominees and the last two. Autocue problem?!
In the end, it was Celebrity Juice that won. We wonder what Kris would make of Keith Lemon?!
