The gorgeous Northern Irish actor stars as billionaire Christian Grey in the erotic movie so, as you'd expect, there will be no shortage of intimate scenes or close ups on Jamie's face at that pivotal moment...
"It's the worst thing imaginable," he told Variety.
"For all the reasons anyone would think, most people would like to keep their sex face private. The idea of a million people seeing that! I hope it happens quite fast!"
Fifty Shades of Grey explores the relationship between Christian and naïve Ana, played by Dakota Johnson, and features plenty of sexy scenes as they explore an S&M relationship.
However, studio chief Donna Langley has promised fans won't be overwhelmed by an abundance of hardcore sex sequences.
"We weren't making a film to shock people by how explicit it is," she said. "We want the audience to be invited in, not repelled."
Movie director Sam Taylor-Johnson agreed, saying she wanted to balance the story and the sex and she promised fans of the books will be more than satisfied with the amount of sex on screen.
She added: "People who haven't read the books might be surprised that there isn't more sex on the screen… I'm pretty sure the millions of fans who have read the trilogy will think there is enough sex."
Fifty Shades is released on Valentine's Day.
