Nadia is up for nomination alongside Perez Hilton, Calum Best and Alicia Douvall and the bookies believe she is the housemate most likely to leave.
According to BoyleSports, Nadia is currently placed at 4/6 to go - and they believe it is because she has "stuck her nose" into a lot of the arguments.
Perez, meanwhile, has been widely branded Britain's Most Hated Man in the past week but, as it is a vote to save and not to evict, the betting company feel he will stay.
Aoife Heffron, from BoyleSports, says: "Perez is nowhere near the favourite to get evicted on Friday at 6/1. Yes he is irritating and yes he has stirred the pot at every opportunity, but we can't deny it is great TV. At the end of the day, that is what it is all about."
She adds: "Nadia, however, has been sticking her nose into every argument in the house and is leaving a foul taste in everyone's mouth.
"She may not have received as many nominations as Perez but she is frankly just not entertaining and it looks like she has overdone her stay."
Initially, Nadia, Perez and Alicia had been facing eviction along with Katie Hopkins. However, after bosses cancelled last night's live eviction, they sprung a surprise on the housemates.
After being called into the Diary Room, Katie Price was asked to save one of the four from nomination, and she picked Katie H. She was then asked to replace her with another celebrity, so chose Calum Best, as she felt he is the "most safe" from eviction.
It looks like she made the right decision, as Alicia's odds to go are 7/4 while Calum's are 25/1.
