Gary Barlow, Mark Owen and Howard Donald will be making their sixth live appearance at the ceremony, which is taking place on 25 February.
Take That, who are now performing as a trio following Jason Orange's decision to quit, are no strangers to the Brits, as the pop group have won a total of eight awards from the annual music event.
Acts already confirmed to perform include Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran, Sam Smith, Paloma Faith, George Ezra and Royal Blood.
The Brit Awards 2015 with MasterCard will be held at London's O2 Arena. The prestigious ceremony will be hosted by Ant and Dec and it will be broadcast live on ITV.
'Stay With Me' singer Sam Smith has received the most nominations at the Brits, being recognised in five categories. Also in the running are Ed Sheeran and George Ezra, who each received four nominations. Check out the full Brits nominations here.
