Jennifer Aniston has missed out on an Oscar nomination for her role in Cake.

The former Friends actress, 45, has been widely praised for her performance as a chronic pain sufferer obsessed with the suicide of a young woman but, unfortunately, she wasn't included in today's list of nominees.

Jennifer has already garnered a slew of nominations this awards season, including recognition at the Golden Globe Awards and the Screen Actors' Guild Awards.

Sadly, she can't add Oscar nominee to her title this year…
