The ex-TOWIE star hurt his back and neck while exercising at the gym this week but he's holding out hope he'll be back to normal before the opening night of tour.
He told ITV's Lorraine: "I was in the gym just two nights ago and I've really damaged my neck and back. The tour starts next week so I'm hoping I'll be okay, fingers crossed."
We hope so!
Mark made it all the way to the final on Strictly last year, finishing in fourth place on the show finale, something he's incredibly proud of.
The star said: "I was shocked every week I got through, I just couldn't believe it! When I got to the finals it didn't matter about the glitter ball. Of course I'd love to have won but the fact I did the whole journey… it was an incredible experience that I'll never forget."
He added: "It was hard for me because I couldn't dance for toffee so I had to put in 12 to 14 hours a day everyday. My personal life was on hold… I didn't get to see my friends much so it was a tough few months but I loved every minute of it and I'm glad I gave it my all."
The Strictly Come Dancing Live Tour 2015 begins 16 January at The Barclaycard Arena in Birmingham and continues through until 8 February at The O2 in London.
Mark will perform alongside former co-stars Frankie Bridge, Thom Evans, Caroline Flack, Alison Hammond, Simon Webbe and Scott Mills.
