Coleen, 28, was left devastated two years ago when Rosie passed away aged 14, following a long battle with a brain disorder.
The teenager suffered from Rett syndrome, which caused a range of disabilities, and Coleen shared a very special and close bond with her.
Taking to Facebook today, the mum-of-two posted a new photograph of her beloved sibling. Commenting, she said: "Thinking of my special little sister Rosie today and everyday xxx."
Coleen's parents, Colette and Tony, adopted Rosie when she was a toddler and she is said to have idolised her big sister.
In 2008, Rosie was chief bridesmaid at Coleen and footballer husband Wayne's wedding and she often spent time playing with their eldest son Kai. Since her death, the couple have had another son called Klay.
After Rosie passed away, Coleen and her family released a statement in which they said: "Sadly our special angel Rosie, our much-loved daughter and sister, went to heaven at 2.50 this morning at home where she was surrounded by her loving family.
"Rosie was just 14 years old and fought a lifelong battle with Rett syndrome. Throughout her life she brought so much love and happiness to all our family and everyone who knew and met her.
"She was such a strong little girl and an inspiration to us all. We shall cherish for ever the memories we have shared and the love she showed us each and every day of her life. As a family we are heartbroken but we are blessed to have had her in our lives."
Coleen's fans have been quick to pass on their sympathies to the star today (5 January). One said: "Love and hugs sent to you all xxxx." Another added: "What a lovely picture of Rosie. Love to you all. Xx."
