Ahead of the show's launch in January, the Big Brother's Bit On The Side presenter has revealed he is Big Brother's number one fan.
So much so, that Rylan has even admitted he even owns his own diary room chair!
Before he turned presenter, Rylan was crowned the winner of Celebrity Big Brother when he appeared on the series in 2013, following his stint on The X Factor.
And, according to the 26-year-old, he had always wanted to be a Big Brother housemate.
"When I was a kid I used to stick the Big Brother eye on my suitcase," he revealed. "I'd write my name under it so I could pretend I was on the show.
"I also worked in a pub when I was 18 and they had a fire escape that looked like the Big Brother stairs. Whenever I got tipsy I'd walk up and down them thinking I was on it!"
The TV personality finally got his chance and entered the house along with The Hills' famous couple Spencer and Heidi Pratt, Claire Richards from Steps and Razor Ruddock.
Speaking about his time on CBB, Rylan said: "I treated Big Brother as rehab - it was exactly what I needed. I was the most famous man in the country at that point, I needed to be locked up!
"It was the best decision I have ever made in my life. A lot of people go in there at the end of their career. I went in there before I even had one."
Now, fast forward a year and Rylan has joined Emma Willis to co-present Big Brother's spinoff show - something he "never in a million years" thought he'd be able to do.
"I am the biggest fan," he said. "I've got my dream job."
Excited for the new series of CBB to start, Rylan told this year's bunch of celebrities to "be prepared" as they cannot hide from Big Brother's cameras.
Speaking exclusively to Reveal, he said: "There's no f****** hiding in that house, there's cameras everywhere! Be prepared because everything you say and everything you do WILL be shown."
And it sounds like the lucky (or should we say unlucky) housemates are in for a rough ride this time round.
Show bosses have confirmed the theme for CBB's new series is 'Twisted Fairytale' and in newly-released pictures, it seems the show is taking a dark turn.
While images from inside the house are yet to be seen, it has been said the CBB compound will be redesigned to include "whimsical elements that conjure up a magical atmosphere full of possibility and curiosity, but there are hints that something more sinister may be lurking".
But who will get to experience what Big Brother has in store?
So far it has been rumoured that Calum Best, Katie Hopkins, Daniella Westbrook and X Factor's Chloe-Jasmine Whichello are set to enter the house.
Although the final lineup is yet to be revealed, Emma has teased fans of the show, saying there won't be a face we don't recognise...
Even though he already knows who are next bunch of housemates are but is keeping tight-lipped (boo!), Rylan did spill the beans on who he'd love to see take on Big Brother if he had it his way.
"I would love to see Naomi Campbell, Tyra Banks and Kate Moss," he said. "All the supermodels in there with no make-up, arguments, ripping out each other's wigs!"
Celebrity Big Brother returns on 7 January 2015 on Channel 5.
