Since taking to the ballroom for the first time all those weeks ago, Caroline has been loving every minute of her Strictly journey.
And, after bagging herself a spot in next weekend's grand final, the TV presenter was overwhelmed by the support she has received, telling her fans they have "changed her life".
Over the weekend, not only did Caroline top the Strictly leaderboard with a score of 75 for her two dances, but she was also the first celebrity to bag four tens this series.
Pretty impressive, right?!
With a perfect score behind her, it's no surprise that Cazza then made the final four following yesterday evening's results show.
Joining Frankie Bridge, Simon Webbe and Mark Wright in the Strictly Come Dancing grand final, the former Xtra Factor host took to Twitter to tell her fans how lucky she felt to have all their support.
She tweeted: "Wow wow wow. I feel so lucky. With sounding like a complete soppy twit... Thank you so much if you voted...it's changed my life xxx."
Her tweets come after Caroline wowed the judges with her faultless Salsa on Saturday night.
Taking to the floor with her professional partner Pasha Kovalev, Caroline received nothing but praise from the judging panel, with Craig Revel Horwood giving the 35-year-old his first ten of the series.
Hardly able to contain his excitement, judge Bruno Tonioli told Caroline her performance oozed sex appeal, while Len Goodman told the star: "If you're not in the final, the world's gone mad."
And, after Jake Wood's shock exit, Caroline has now been dubbed the favourite to take home the show's famous Mirrorball trophy this weekend.
Hanging up his dancing shoes, the EastEnders actor was voted out of the competition after Mark survived yet another dance off - thanks to head judge Len's deciding vote.
Following his exit, Jake thanked his dance partner Janette Manrara.
He said: "It's a huge disappointment to go out at the semi-finals, but for a 42-year-old dad of two, I've never danced before, I've never had a dance lesson - this woman has worked wonders."
Meanwhile, Mark told Claudia Winkleman he was "extremely shocked" to make the final four.
"I thought we were going home," Mark explained. "This guy next to me has impressed everybody week after week."
The Strictly Come Dancing final begins this Saturday 20 December at 6.30pm on BBC One.
