Held at Earl's Court, London on Thursday evening (11 December), the brand new awards show celebrated the best of British and international music talent from the past twelve months.
Pharrell was the biggest winner of the evening, picking up 'International Artist of the Year' and 'Song of the Year' for his infectiousu track 'Happy'.
Unable to attend, as he's currently filming The Voice in Los Angeles, he instead sent a video message of thanks.
Ed Sheeran won 'British Artist of the Year' thanks to an incredible past year that has seen him release hits like 'Sing', 'Don't' and 'Thinking Out Loud'. His album x topped charts everywhere.
The 'BBC Introducing Award' went to Catfish and the Bottlemen.
Fearne Cotton and Chris Evans hosted the evening at Earl's Court, which saw more than 13,000 music fans watch live performances from the likes of One Direction, Coldplay and Ed Sheeran.
One Direction perfomed their hit 'Steal My Girl', Ed treated the crowd to 'Sing' and Coldplay opened the show with 'A Sky Full of Stars'.
Other acts taking to the stage included Ellie Goulding, Ella Henderson, Calvin Harris, John Newman, Take That and Sir Tom Jones.
