The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were gifted with a teeny tiny basketball vest for their one-year-old son while meeting basketball legend LeBron James on Monday night (8 December).
Little George has remained at home in the UK while his parents, William and Kate, take on a whirlwind tour of New York and, in William's case, a quick jaunt to Washington DC.
On Monday night, the royals attended an NBA game between Cleveland Cavaliers and Brooklyn Nets to promote The Royal Foundation's United For Wildlife and Coach Core partnership with NBA Cares.
After taking in the action on court – and meeting Jay Z and Beyoncé! – William and Kate headed backstage for a photo op with basketball superstar LeBron.
Much has been made of the fact LeBron wrapped his arm around Kate for the photograph, breaking royal protocol, but it doesn't really look like the duchess minded too much, does it?!
Kate beamed for the camera as she held up a Cambridge basketball vest, while William grinned as he showed off George's mini shirt.
Now we just need some pictures of adorable George wearing it!
Kate, 32, is five months pregnant with the couple's second child, but kept her blossoming baby bump hidden under a pretty tweed jacket.
She had spent the morning and afternoon with New York's First Lady Chirlane McCray, visiting a child development centre in Harlem, while William travelled to Washington to hold talks with President Obama and deliver a speech on combatting illegal wildlife trade.
While talking with the President, William admitted he'd forgotten to ask whether George was a boy or a girl was he was first born!
We wonder if he'll do the same thing with baby number two?!
