The actress – who plays Lauren Branning in the BBC One soap – is expecting her first child in the New Year.
Tweeting over the weekend, the 22-year-old told fans: "Can't believe I will be filming my last scenes for 'Enders soon! So crazy. Nearly five years of my life. Amazing!"
Fans will be pleased to know that Jacqueline is definitely planning on returning to Albert Square, and recently laughed off suggestions she could take a year off.
She told MailOnline: "I know I will be coming back. I read somewhere I was taking a year out which isn't true. I definitely want to go back."
Jacqueline and TOWIE star Dan Osborne announced in August that they are expecting their first child together, but haven't revealed yet whether it is a boy or a girl.
While this should be an exciting time for the couple, they have been plagued by rumours of a break up recently, started when Dan tweeted: "Relationships just do not seem to work."
Neither Dan nor Jacqueline has directly addressed speculation about a split, but Jacqueline did tweet several emotional messages at the weekend telling fans not to believe everything they read.
Jacqueline tweeted that she was "sick" of reading stories about her life that weren't true, adding: "I hate feeling pushed into a corner, that I have to now speak about my private life to shut you all up. I am so bored of people talking about things they know NOTHING about. Daniel is my best friend and always will be, so keep talking, keep stirring and making things up. But your stories are BORING."
Meanwhile, Dan spent the weekend at the Clothes Show Live in Birmingham, where he was signing copies of his 2015 calendar.
