Despite his previous reputation as a ladies' man on TOWIE, Mark is clearly a changed man since falling for actress Michelle and now insists she has nothing to worry about.
In an interview with The Mirror on Saturday (6 December), Mark tells the paper that the couple wouldn't be struck by the infamous curse of Strictly...
Asked about the male celebs who have fallen for their female professional partners in the past, the I'm A Celebrity star said: "We've never even discussed it. I see why people do because of what's happened in the past.
"But if you're in a genuinely happy, strong, beautiful relationship it just doesn't enter your head. It's never been a question for us, genuinely.
"We're a happy couple who trust each other. We don't think about, 'Oh, can I trust him?' or 'Can't I trust him?' She's just like, 'Enjoy it, babe - she looks like a great partner'. And that's it."
The reality star turned TV presenter, 27, also admits that he hates spending so long apart from his love and that he recently sent her 27 roses for every day they had been apart. Awwww!
Former Coronation Street star Michelle is currently in Manchester filming new BBC drama series Ordinary Lies, while Mark has been training hard for Strictly Come Dancing.
Talking about Michelle's support, Mark goes on to say: "In the week when I did the Samba, when my scores went right up and I was third on the leader board, I got a great text from her. She was watching at her mum's house and the message just said: 'Wow! That was great - hot, hot hot!'."
Mark, who was originally nicknamed 'Marky No-Moves', has so far exceeded expectations and survived to week 11...
No wonder he now insists he'll never go back to TOWIE... Although he admits he still watches it occasionally!
The Heart FM DJ, who is partnered with Karen Hauer, recently admitted that training had left his 'body in bits'.
This weekend, he will perform the Foxtrot to Nat King Cole's song 'L-O-V-E' in a bid to make the final in a few week's time.
He has said becoming a finalist would be a 'dream come true'.
Strictly Come Dancing continues on BBC1 this weekend.
