Abbey Clancy looks absolutely a-mazing as the cover star for Cosmopolitan's January issue which crowns her Ultimate Style Icon.

The gorgeous model-turned-presenter sizzles in a sexy gold gown and chats with the mag about life as a mum to daughter Sophia, three, her marriage to footballer Peter Crouch and – of course – fashion!

Gorgeous Abbey is Cosmo's Ultimate Style Icon.

Abbey was crowned Ultimate Style Icon at a glamorous, star-studded party hosted by Fearne Cotton at One Mayfair in London yesterday evening to coincide with the release of the Ultimate Women issue, on sale now.

Seated at a table alongside Myleene Klass, Davina McCall and Louis Walsh, the blonde star looked rather overwhelmed as the McBusted boys presented her gong.

And, as you'd expect, she looked absolutely incredible in a sharp black suit. No wonder she's been crowned Style Icon!

Looking fabulous with a fluffy friend in Cosmo's January issue.

Abbey tells Cosmo that although she adores fashion, she's not one to just show up at Fashion Week just to get her picture printed.

"For a lot of people it's a massive deal to be on the front row at Fashion Week and look perfect. I don't go to be seen, I go to look at the collections, and support my friends, like Henry, Giles and Jonathan Saunders. As much as I love clothes and shopping, it doesn't drive me."

Abbey goes on to say that despite her fame, her first priority in life will always be family.

"No one can complain about earning good money, but for me it's being able to help my family out, put my brother and sister through school, take my family on holiday. That's where I get the biggest buzz, not buying a pair of £500 shoes."

And she reflects on how she's changed since finding fame on Britain's Next Got Model when she was just 20 years old.

"It was overwhelming in the beginning. I was only 18 and was having paparazzi following me. I'd be standing next to Victoria Beckham in an H&M dress! Oh, my god, that was odd. But I think you grow up."

The full interview appears in the January 2015 issue of Cosmopolitan, on sale 4th December. Also available in digital edition on Apple Newsstand.
