After finding himself in the bottom two last week, Mark told his Twitter followers he was going to train "every hour of every day" to reach the final of the dancing competition.
Sticking to his word, it appears Mark has done just that - even if it has left his "body in bits"!
Feeling the burn after a tough rehearsal with dance partner Karen Haeur, Mark took to Twitter to let all his fans know he has been working hard.
He tweeted: "Body is in BITS !! Straight after rehearsals today I'm going to have a well deserved jacuzzi, sauna and steam!"
Well, no pain, no gain! Right, Mark?!

This weekend, Mark will perform the 'Foxtrot' to Nat King Cole's song 'L-O-V-E', and determined to do well the 27-year-old has said he is hoping to make it to the Strictly final in a few weeks time.
Urging his fans for their votes, the former TOWIE star admitted it would be a "dream come true" to make the final stage of the competition.
Last week, Mark found himself in the bottom two alongside Casualty actress Sunetra Sarker.
Luckily for the Heart FM DJ, though, he narrowly avoided being sent home as the judges opted to save him with a unanimous vote.
But, while Mark will join the other remaining celebrities - Frankie Bridge, Pixie Lott, Caroline Flack, Simon Webbe and Jake Wood - for this weekend's live show, Sunetra and her partner Bredan Cole came to the end of their time on Strictly.
Following her exit, Sunetra said: "It's been such a once in a lifetime opportunity to be able to do this...
"I want to say a thank you to every single one of the contestants and all the pro dancers for holding my hand so very tightly – love you all."
Strictly Comes Dancing continues this Saturday 6 December on BBC One.
