The Irish model was linked to Northern Irish sportsman Rory earlier this year after being pictured together on a night out, but she's insisted there has never been anything but friendship between them.
Nadia – who was eliminated from the jungle on Tuesday night – told The Sun she became good friends with Rory after being introduced by mutual pals and they spoke regularly, but that's as far as it went.
She said: "We never shared a cheeky kiss. The thing is, when you're seen in Rory's company people just pounce, they think you're with him."
Nadia went on to say: "I speak to him regularly but my phone hasn't been working properly in Australia. I'm still waiting for his messages to come through."
The 25-year-old was the second star to be eliminated from this year's I'm A Celebrity, following former footballer Jimmy Bullard's shock exit.
Jimmy had been seen as a favourite to win by many viewers and the campmates, who were shaken by his sudden departure.
Nadia, however, seemed more than happy to be out of the jungle when she heard her name called on Tuesday night's episode, excitedly telling Ant & Dec she couldn't wait to phone her family and get back to life in Ireland.
Last night, Michael Buerk was the third celebrity to be eliminated.
I'm A Celeb airs nightly on ITV.
