The former Playboy model was visibly upset as she told her campmates that failing to recognise husband Hank Baskett's depression was one of her biggest regrets in life.
Asked her biggest regret, she replied: "Not paying attention to severe depression in my husband. I wish to God…"
Kendra then began to cry and had to be comforted by the other stars.
"There is such a thing as depression," she told the camp. "Even if you're a big guy, you have to hear people's voices. Because I didn't. He came to bed so many times crying and you know, I wasn't there for him."
Kendra later said: "It's something that has been weighing on me for so long. It's comforting just to have these people around me, comforting me through this."
Kendra and NFL player Hank married back in 2009 at the Playboy Mansion, a fitting venue considering Kendra rose to fame as one of Hugh Hefner's girlfriends.
They have two children together: Hank Jr, four, and Alijah, six months.
The couple's relationship has been documented on US reality show Kendra, but their marriage was rocked earlier this year by rumours that Hank had been unfaithful. However, in a new interview last week, Kendra said she was standing by Hank and making their marriage work.
