Appearing via telephone on Good Morning Britain today, I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here Now! panelist Andi Peters set the record straight.

"Michael is not walking," he told hosts Susanna Reid and Ben Shepherd. "Whatever you are hearing is wrong - he's staying in the show."

The rumours began amid claims that Michael felt he "didn't fit in" with his fellow campmates. If he was to walk, Michael would be the third contestant to leave this series.

TOWIE's Gemma Collins quit after just three days, while Coronation Street's Craig Charles chose to leave following the sudden death of his brother Dean last week.

Meanwhile, it has been claimed that England cricket legend Andrew 'Freddie' Flintoff is poised to enter the jungle as a late arrival - and it seems this is one whisper that hasn't been entirely ruled out.

Andi was having dinner with I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! hosts Ant and Dec during his phone call to GMB, and Ant was quick to jump on the line to discuss Freddie.

He said: "I can neither confirm or deny this....but it's news to me!"

Hmmm, it seems only time will tell as to whether the campmates will be getting a new pal in Freddie!
