The former Playboy model's marriage hit a rocky patch earlier this year when Hank was accused of cheating on her with a model.
Viewers of reality show Kendra On Top saw the fallout from the allegations which included Kendra flushing her wedding ring down the toilet.
Now, however, she says she is willing to forgive Hank and focus on rebuilding their family, which includes four-year-old son Hank Jr and baby Alijah, six months.
Kendra told Us Weekly: "All I can say is I believe Hank. I love Hank. And he's proven to me that he's worth forgiving and fighting for. He was at the wrong place at the wong time and unfortunate things took place. He is very gullible and naïve."
However, she added: "It's going to take a lifetime to trust him again."
The state of Kendra's relationship with Hank had been up in the air when she arrived in the Australian jungle last weekend to begin her I'm A Celebrity experience.
She had been quoted as telling photographers at the airport she was "single" but a rep later clarified that Kendra meant "single" as in travelling alone, without Hank or the children.
Kendra added: "It's going to be a big struggle for me to be away from the kids for so long. I know it's going to be hard. I know they are going to find it tough too. My husband thinks I'm nuts to do it. He said, 'Are you sure?' But he is proud of me. He is excited and nervous. My family think I'm crazy too!"
Over the weekend, her father, Eric, arrived in Brisbane to support his daughter and told photographers at the airport that Hank was"pining" for her.
Eric said he'd stopped off in LA to speak with Hank, who told him how much he and the kids were missing Kendra while she was away.
He told Daily Star: "Hank is totally pining for her. They've never been apart for this long before."
I'm A Celebrity airs nightly on ITV.
