But while she snuggled with her kids and ate takeaway, she also couldn't resist taking a pop at an 'arrogant' Strictly Come Dancing star.
The famously outspoken TV personality, 36, lashed out at a male contestant on the BBC1 dance show - but refused to divulge who she was taking aim at.
She blasted: "Watching @bbcstrictly funny how he became arrogant v quick & can't say hi yet 2 years ago were wanting 2 me me in a hotel & his house mmm."
She also added the cryptic tweet: "Meet me #fake."
Some of her fans were desperate to know who she was talking about, replying with messages like: "Oooohhh please do tell…"
While others weren't as impressed.

One women replied: "Oh give over Katie, you come across so bitter all the time. Be happy for others' successes as u are for ur own!"
Never one to shy away from controversy, Katie must have been rubbing her hands in glee at her follower's attempts to guess the accused male.
She did however clear one name, when she urged her fans to vote to save Simon Webbe. So that only leaves Steve Backshall, Mark Wright and Jake Wood... Okay, we have to admit, we're dying to know!
After teasing us all, Katie later tweeted a more ordinary message, saying: "Indian take away food ordered ready to sit down and watch X factor with hubby, junior, princess and Harvs, babies asleep #lovemyfamily."
She also posted a super-cute photo of herself with her five kids - Harvey, Junior, Princess, Jett and newborn Bunny - with the message: "Me and all my babies love love love love #mylife #myworld."
