The reality TV star broke down crying in a boutique on the King's Road after being confronted by ex girlfriend and former The Hills star Stephanie Pratt.
The pair argued over her moving on and dating his close friend, Josh Shepherd.
Stevie hit out at Steph, saying, "I find it a bit confusing, London is a big city, there are heaps of guys but you had to go after a really close friend of mine."
But Steph reduced him to tears, saying, "I don't even want to be friends with you anymore. I think you're a pr**k."
We caught up with Stevie at a swanky pool party to celebrate MIC's partnership with Sony and the Xperia Z3 Compact, and the well spoken entrepreneur said: "I have no regrets about crying on TV.
"Immediately after I was like, 'I can't believe I've done that!' But when I signed up to do Made In Chelsea, I agreed to show every emotion.
"It was very unexpected and really hard at the time – I was overwhelmed - but now I don't regret it."
Close pal Lucy Watson comforted Stevie after the argument – and he admits he might not have broken down if he didn't have her shoulder to cry on.
"It would never have happened if Lucy wasn't there," he says. "She knows me so well that she can see when my facial expressions change. If I'd have been with anyone but Lucy, that wouldn't have happened.
"But I'm glad it did because it was raw and real."
Made in Chelsea is on E4, Mondays at 9pm
