Wayne took to the pitch for the milestone game against Slovenia and Coleen made sure she and their sons, Kai and Klay, were in the stands to cheer him on.
Showing their support, Kai was pictured watching his father while wearing a football shirt with the name 'daddy' and a number 100 on the back.
And once the match was over, Coleen, Kai and Klay joined Wayne for a celebratory photograph taken next to a presentation case containing his brand new and very special cap.
Each time a player represents England on the pitch they get a cap, but few have managed to get a gold 100th version!
Alongside the family photo, which was posted on Facebook, Coleen commented: "Well done Wayne Rooney on your 100th cap for England! So proud!! Xxx."
It was a special day for the entire family, as Kai and Klay got to walk out into the grounds with their daddy beforehand.
Wayne later tweeted: "Great to win today and proud to have reached 100 caps. Amazing to walk out with my sons. Thanks to all the fans for the support."
Posting the same family photo, he added: "Thanks to my family for their support, brilliant day!"
