The actress, who plays Eva Price in the ITV soap, attended the 2014 Royal Television Society North West Awards with her fiancé Tom Pitfield.
Catherine, 31, dressed her baby bump in a floor-length navy blue Nadine Merabi gown which hugged every inch of her body.
And with THAT plunging neckline, it's obviously Catherine is proud of her changing figure - and so she should be!
The soap star, a big fan of social media, took to Twitter on Saturday night (15 November) to share her excitement about going to the awards ceremony at the Hilton Deansgate Manchester Hotel.
She tweeted: "Looking forward to a gorgeous night with my #corrie family #RTSNW."
Catherine also thanked the team who had helped her look so gorgeous for the red carpet.
She wrote: "Mahoosive thankyou @NadineMerabi for dressing me and bump tonight #lovemerabi I adore my dress babe cxx."
She added: "Big thankyou to @emmyclarkson1 and @MrAlexFoden for doing my hair and make up. From tramp to glam :-) xx."
She later expressed her excitement at Coronation Street's achievements.
She told fans: "Awesome night for #corrie ... Beyond proud of our wonderful team and utterly honoured to be a part of something so magical :-)."
The cast were thrilled when star Alison King won Best Performance in a Continuing Drama.
In August, Catherine announced she was expecting a baby with fitness instructor Tom. And a week later told fans they were engaged.
Last month, Catherine revealed that she and Tom are expecting a baby boy.
