June, 87, who plays the iconic Walford favourite Dot Branning (née Cotton), strips off alongside new soap hunk Davood Ghadami in the famous laundrette.
Davood, who plays market stall trader Kush Kazemi, shows off his impressive physique while standing in just a pair of white boxers.
Meanwhile, June - who dons curlers in her hair - looks gleefully happy as she holds just a bundle of clothes to cover her modesty.
Yesterday, we revealed how Ben Hardy, Shona McGarty, Jacqueline Jossa and Natalie Cassidy flashed the flesh for a new cast calendar in support of Children In Need.
The calendar is in fact inspired by a recent storyline on the soap, where Walford residents have been getting their kit off for charity.
David Ramsden, chief executive of BBC Children In Need, said: "We are so grateful that the Eastenders team have pulled together such a fantastic fun calendar. We hope people will buy it and raise money that will change young lives right across the UK."
EastEnders will also be involved in tonight's CIN appeal show (14 November) from 7.30pm on BBC One.
In a mini one-off episode titled The Ghosts of Ian Beale, Ian (played by Adam Woodyatt), will be visited by some infamous ghosts from his past including his daughter Lucy, mother Kathy, ex wife Cindy and Walford favourite Pat Evans.
The EastEnders calendar 2015 is available now from bbcchildreninneedshop.co.uk and Welcome Break stores across the UK.
